I'm sorry to hear your game is crashing, and apologies for the delay responding to your post.
To confirm, have you disabled the Ubisoft Connect overlay? If you haven't done that, I would definitely recommend that.
Could you clarify if your game crashes in other modes or just in Manhunt? And what Delta error are you getting exactly?
I would also advise trying any of the troubleshooting steps here that you haven't tried yet, these can help with crashing issues. If the crashing persists though, definitely let us know so we can look into this further.
