Assassin Creed Valhalla and The Division 2. Valhalla cannot load (play) even though I have verified my files. The division freezes after a few minutes of play. My computer Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19GHz and 16.0GB (15.9GB available). There's often something wrong with Ubisoft connect and I've never asked for it. I want to play my purchased games. Angry greetings from someone who doesn't want Ubisoft Connect and want just too play their own games.

Hey there.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with crashes/freezes at the moment.

The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.
