Upgrading the Achilles Pulse from the Expertise bench is supposed to incrementally increase Damage by 1% but testing has shown that there is no additional damage being applied to pulsed targets. Unsure if this is a bug or if the Achilles Pulse is actually supposed to be buffed in some other way via upgrades and it's categorized incorrectly. (Zone Health or Duration stats do not increase with upgrades.)
