I bought the game a few days ago, the payment went through but when i check the launcher the game isnt in the library, instead its showing up as part of the Ubi+ Subscription which i cancelled but the game is unavailable to download. i sent an email to support but its been 3 days and nothing from them. i tried to open a case but everytime i try to, im told i have to login into my account first - but i am already logged in. i can see my account details, achievements and everything but when i press contact us it takes me to "login into your account first" so im just caught up in this weird loop and now im here

I've had a closer look, however I wasn't able to locate any contact made from you via email, so maybe it did not go through.

As far as accessing support website goes, I'd either recommend to try using another browser or incognito mode, and see if issue persists.

Now as this is concerning a purchase made on your account, this will involve discussing account related details, something that we can only do in private, so as an alternative to support website, you can also get through to us via one of the channels below, and we will gladly take a closer look at the situation:
