[2020] Clear raid for the first time, unable to open chest.

So I manage to clear the raid for the first time this week, but I was unable to open the last boss chest even though I have 6 keys.
Traveling back to BOO and back into the raid didn't fix the problem. If I run the raid again will I be able to open it since I never get to open it in my previous clear?
