Like the title says, I can't seem to load my main agent (Level 36/50% WONY completion). The main menu doesn't even show my agent at all(https://imgur.com/O8rY7FU), but there's an option to delete it. When I try to load it, I just get stuck at 9%. However, I tried making a new agent and it loads fine(https://imgur.com/dzEP7XF). I played enough of it just to access my stash in the White House and the items that my main agent placed the other day were still there. It's also loading fine repeatedly. I thought it was just some weird error after the alt worked fine, so I logged off the alt (and even restarted the game) and tried my main agent, but the issue is still there (not appearing in menu and stuck at 9%).
I thought this was my internet acting up as prior to this, I was just playing TD1 for a bit to complete the daily tasks, and it was getting laggy when I was about to log off (delayed hit registration/restocking ammo). So I restarted my modem twice and even restarted Ubisoft Connect as well, but still nothing. Anything I could do to sort this out?
