So I came late to the party and missed out on the Black Tusk Uniform for completion of the last Apparel Cache Awards thing...
Does anyone know how I can get it or do I just have to wait till they do it again?

As far as I know, the reward for completing the apparel event is only obtainable after completing the event and there is no way to get it again. If you didn't complete the event the items that you didn't get are obtainable from the vanity caches and you can purchase them from the store with premium credits but unfortunately, the completion reward isn't obtainable anywhere.
