@jellyluvz Hey!

Thank you for reaching out about this. Can you confirm if this issue is still happening as it appears you have access to the DLC now?

Thank you.

Good to hear you are keen ;-)

As our gamerunner Dean mentioned in the last patch blog, we're making good progress on it (check out the Future Content section at the bottom of our patch notes for all the details and sneak previews), but we haven't announced an arrival time for it yet.

I actually know the team at Facepunch quite well.

Note Rust is one of the greatest selling games of all time now. It's a little difficult to compare. Additionally, note that Icarus not even as successful in reach as Conan. While it may be tempting to make comparisons - product reach really can be dramatically different.

Additionally, note that:
* Only the host requires our DLC
* We don't include any DRM
* It is as easy as changing a boolean value in settings to be able to access our content

We made these decisions to not fracture the game base.

Additionally, we promised (and sold) the two major expansions. The base game was supposed to be in safe territories that are earth like, with the two DLC expansions offering more alien experience. This is what we promised, and we are committed to delivering them. While the price has been adjusted for inflation, it is in line with the cost that was applied to those that bought the supporters edition.

Regardless of commercial success, the studio remains committed to do what we said we would, being the two expansions.
