[2023] Memento backpack armor bonuses stop working between Summit floors

When playing Summit and using the Memento backpack, upon advancing to the next floor, the bonuses seem to stop working. I can still pick up trophies but no bonus armor is displayed and existing armor damage does not regenerate.

Equipping a different backpack and re-equipping the Memento will temporarily work around the issue, but it will return when moving to the next floor.

This happens with no directives active.

This only seems to happen at the end of floors that require climbing to the next floor. When a floor ends with an elevator to load the next area, I've noticed the bonuses still functioning afterwards, however I'm not sure if this is consistent.
