You guys really need to fix this issue, the game constant crashes, so doing it alone its already hard. Since im the leader and its on my instance shouldnt have the issue. This kind of game progressing issue should not happen. I dont really want to redo everything again, its already a pain to deal with the crashes.

If you're having trouble receiving the key whilst part of a group, are you able to try redoing the mission solo? Players have reported that playing the mission solo allowed them to successfully collect the key.
