[2020] cant change language in game

I bought Division 2 in the official uplay store, the region was Russia, and because of this I only have Russian in the game and no others, but at the same time I myself do not understand Russian very well and it would be easier for me to play in English, you can can I help with this?
I mean if u buy full game,u should at least 2-3 language what u can set and prefer it
