I just rejoined Division2 this past weekend. I purchased the season pass ingame and now see an announcement about a new season starting May 12. This seems a bit lame to me since I would have saved the ingame currency spent if I had known the new season was launching this week.

Any opinions on this?

I understand that you recently purchased the season pass but realized a newer one was launching later this week, I am afraid we're unable to help with any workarounds here. If you would like us to look into potentially refunding the content, we can investigate this further. If that's the case, could you please reach out and create a case through the Ubisoft Support website? Here, one of our specialists will be able to take a closer look into it.

Hello @thunder_banditv. I understand why you would be disappointed to have purchased the season pass when the current season is ending soon, and also when you did not realize you would need to be level 40 and have completed the WoNY campaign. I apologize that we were unable to provide a refund in this case as purchases from our in-game stores are final and not eligible for refunds. In any case, I hope this doesn't discourage you from continuing to enjoy the game, finishing up the main campaign, and then playing through the WoNY expansion. I hope that you will be able to enjoy Season 9 and the fun new content that it will bring to The Division 2. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I would like to apologise for my lack of clarity regarding my second comment as it seems to contradict the first one I made. While my second comment does state that all purchases are final, we will still investigate each possible outcome on a case by case basis. I only wanted to reiterate that, while our teams will investigate the possibility of a refund, that it was still equally important to remember our public-facing article states that all in-game purchases are final.
