[2023] Rewards from paid for outfits not showing up

I'm not entirely sure if this has been mentioned, and I did not see it on the trello board, but it appears that the tattoos that are given as rewards from purchasing outfits in game are not appearing at all. I'm just wondering if this issue has shown up for others across all platforms (I'm on PC).

If this is the ones from the DC Services, Military, Recreation and Style apparel collections, we have reported that the tattoos from completion rewards are not present at the Barber in both Washington and New York and the dev team have confirmed this issue and will look into this.
