Just wanted start playing Division 2. My Xbox one x is downloading 51 GB, downloading time 2 hours. What’s going on? Did not read that something is coming. I hate these forced downloads. It’s not a new installation, I am playing this game since half a year.

As it may be you're missing update data from earlier if it's been some time since you last booted the game.
