At the character selection screen I have no issues. As soon as I log into any character I get major FPS (0.9fps) lag during the loading screen 9%-14% all the way till my characters load into a safehouse. I was able to join a friend which got my character out of the safehouse and put me outside the BOO and my FPS was back to normal. If my character takes 2 steps into the BOO the FPS drops instantly to 0.9. I can back my character out and FPS returns to normal again. This also happens when I try to enter any of the missions.
I have Verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried a clean boot on my PC but the major FPS drop is still there no matter what. My computer has been turned off for the last 4.5 days and prior to it being powered off I played Division 2 with absolutely no issues.
