I literally cant even play the game because HDR is enabled by default and set to a resolution not supported by my monitor, and every time i delete the .cfg files in my documents they get restored when i launch the game again

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play, what happens when you attempt to start the game? Are you able to load into the main menu or does the game crash on launch?
