I'm unable to launch the game since the last patch.
Easy Anti-cheat splash screen appears, then error message and exit...

any idea?

Hey @papyorz, sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem. Can you please elaborate further on this error message for me? What does it say?

Could you please also try verifying your game files and then also try reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat. After that, try relaunching the game and let me know if that helps!

Hey @papyorz, thanks for getting back with the additional information and letting me know you tried the steps above. Can you elaborate further on this error code for me? Is this error code appearing on an Easy Anti-Cheat pop up window? Or is this a Division 2 app error message?

@RTDouglas - it sounds like you may have tried to launch the game during our maintenance period. Can you let me know if you are still having issues with this? Are you receiving any error messages logging in?

Just for clarity, @PapyOrz, am I correct in thinking you have already tried verifying your game files and fully reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat? Or was it that you reinstalled the game along with verifying your game files? As the Easy Anti-Cheat application is used on multiple games, uninstalling the game might not uninstall all the files associated with the app; therefore, please ensure you have tried reinstalling the Anti-Cheat software separately. As I think it is best to double-check that the software has been reinstalled entirely. Each time you try to launch the game, please make sure you are also giving it administrative rights.
