Hey there @BigZebler, thank you for bearing with us whilst our teams investigated this issue further. We have some further questions we would like to ask here, could you please answer them for me?:

1. Did you disconnect at any point before reaching the door?
2. The doorway should have 2 grate doors that have to be opened. Did you open those doors and then did they disappear? Or were they simply not there? Thus you were unable to interact with said doors and proceed?
3. Did you start the mission, then leave the game while in it, and then later return at a much later date when the mission was reset?
4. Have you tried to finish, or finished the mission in Co-op before?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble handing your key to Kelso as she's disappeared, and then cannot be interacted with. The dedicated teams are aware of this issue and are looking into this further.

To help with the investigation, would you be able to provide us with the following information:

• A video of the issue with Agent Kelso, ideally showcasing the minutes prior to encountering the issue.
• An image showing which Manhunt targets have been eliminated.
• Whether the bounty was completed as part of a group, and if so - were you the host of the group?
• Whether you fast traveled before or after the bounty and manhunt completion pop-up appeared.
• Whether you have encountered the same issue in the past while interacting with Agent Kelso, and if yes - in what circumstances?

I'd recommend uploading any videos to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
