[2019] minigun needs tweaking

i love the minigun but even at max lvl the damage output is akin to a lovetap, most ar's will out damage the minigun and most lmg's will outlast it. the only saving grace for the minigun is the extra armor for using it but this is very situational and useually on harder difficulties is gone before the minigun even has a chance to spool up. the minigun either needs more damage or we need disposable armor like all the other tanks in the game to get full use of this fun (if underpowered) weapon.
