So there's seems to be some bugs when I try to connect my controller to the game via bluetooth. First issue I run into is that I have to operate the game half on keyboard and half on controller. Sometimes which side does what changes. Some days I would have to use the controller to move and mouse to aim and vis-versa on other days.

Another issue I face is when I try to connect the controller after loading in the game. It would lag and the anti-cheat would detect that it seems to be some unknown software and closes the game. And once I open it again, I sometime face issue #1 again.

Are there steps to "properly" connect it to the game so that I never face this issue?

@Darth_Camo Hi !

I've read your report, and I'm sorry to hear that connection Issues are preventing you from enjoying The Division 2 with a controller !

In order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to provide us the following information :

👉 Does the problem happen as well when the DS4 controller is plugged into your PC ?

👉 Are other Bluetooth peripherals active as well (headsets, keyboards, etc), and if so, does the problem also happen if those peripherals are turned off while you play ?

👉 The steps of our dedicated PC troubleshooting guide can also help, especially if background apps were conflicting with the controls

Should the Issue persist after these steps, or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out !
