[2020] Southwest Heroic bounty area - Agent running in place

Agent will run in place, as if they can't get traction. Happens anytime you do a heroic bounty in the area shown in the photo. Can reproduce reliably. Photo linked for location. Video clip included (only happens in the video clip location of the bounty area).
