[2019] Didnt recieve Flex Emote , Next bug NICE

AAAANNNNNDDDD the next bug is here ....

after the Tier 8 completed -> Reward was Flex Emote .

Didnt recieve it after completing Tier 8 , now the next reward is Bronze Eagle for Tier 9 , u cant get Tier 9 because Commendations are stil bugged and so on , but since this Commendation thing is Account wide . how u will able to get The flex Emote for all the work you made to get it ?
and its bugged yay
