[2022] How to get Gila Guard Mask?

Sorry but I have to open a thread here on this topic.

Unfortunately I can't find the special opponent at the Grand Washington Hotel, was apparently only a temporary character.
I can make it in the Blueprint Shop but then it only has one slot not 2 slots?

Anyone have any idea how to get these with 2 slots currently?

As advised by @Butcher851 these are no longer obtainable as they were part of seasonal events.
