[2023] Unable to access Warlords of New York expansion

Hello Agents, I have been playing The Division 2 since last year and did not had the New York expansion DLC , I recently saw it on offer on PlayStation store and thought of giving it a go as the game itself does not allow to buy it anymore. I bought the expansion pack but unfortunately it is not working, it does not give me an option to download, I reinstalled the game but still no luck.
anyone faced similar issues, can’t get hold of anyone on PlayStation supyand similar stuff with ubisoft.

I'm also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue accessing the Warlords of New York expansion.

It sounds as though this could be a region lock issue. Could you please confirm what country your PSN account is registered under and also what region code appears on the back of the game box.
