[2020] Diamondback's Agonizing Bite guaranteed Critical Hit is not Amplified by 20%

Greetings

I'd like to report a bug. As per title, the guaranteed 20% Amplified Crit from Diamondback does not work.

Steps to reproduce:

- go to the shooting range
- Execute a Marked hit with Diamondback and take note of the last hit damage value
- keep shooting until you get a normal critical hit, take note of the value

Expected result: the marked crit should be higher than a normal crit

Actual result: both marked and unmarked crit hits display the same damage value.
