[2022] Open world directives now summit directives

I haven't seen anyone else mention this so maybe its just me but the open world directives have changed with TU16. They have changed to what the directives are in Summit.

Also cool skills doesn't work as intended, no green tickets/icon drop on kill and when I put away my shield it goes on 1sec cooldown and my reviver hive goes on full cooldown without being used.
