Hello,

Not sure if this is a known issue but this has happened to me before on the PS5 where I have claimed a box and it hasn't appeared in my cache boxes. My cache boxes were maxed out at 20, therefore, it should have dropped to the floor but it didn't I looked everywhere and this isn't the first time this has happened this has happened before and yeah I am angry at Ubi because this is an award that we get doe grinding and the reward isn't there. Thankfully and I am shocked that I caught this actually happening on video as consoles as notoriously unreliable when it won't to capturing videos. I can't upload the video because there is still a privilege issue with my account which still hasn't been resolved so I have had to use my MS OneDrive

Very annoying, to say the least.
