[2022] Bright red and blue lights appearing in sky.

Randomly while playing these red and blue lights just appear in the sky. The time between them is also random, the two times in the first imgur link occurred about 10 seconds apart. Sometimes it's more than an hour inbetween. I've never had it as bad as when I was doing the Invaded Manning National Zoo mission where there would be multiple in the sky at once and it happened every few minutes.
