Yesterday 7/14/21 System Attachment Mods were the targeted loot for the Southwest and today 7/15/21 at the White House.
Completing tasks (territory controls, propaganda etc...are not rewarding System Attachment Mods.
I am only getting awarded random loot at the completion (backpacks, holsters or just materials with the exp). Few friends have noticed the same thing and The Summit seems to be the only way to target System Attachment Mods.
