Hi,

Today I bought premium credit, pack one-time offer, 2000 + 1000 bonus. I completed the payment, my visa card has been charged, and I even receive the order confirmation email from xsolla and ubisoft, but my account didn't receive any premium credit. please resolve this.

It can take up to 48 hours for purchases to go onto accounts, especially during busier times.

If you've not received them after this time, can you contact us via either Facebook PM or Twitter DM and we can get this looked deeper in to
