Really don't know what to do anymore, i cannot play.. i have reinstalled the game twice, decreased quality.. i have an Alienware 17R4 and cannot play Division 2... 5 minutes in game and it crashes...
It is a real waste of money , unfortunatelly...and Ubisoft never cares for that... already received the money and don't need to refund it...

Sorry to hear about the crashes and freezing that some players have been experiencing! We'd like to ask anyone who might still be having trouble with this to follow our troubleshooting guide available here. This guide should help with most technical issues, however if you still encounter problems, it'll serve to help us narrow down the cause.

If you continue to see issues with crashing/freezing after following our guide, we'd advise opening up a support case with us. By opening a support case, this will allow us to gather information unique to each player, including when the crashes first occurred for you, and your generated system files.
