[2021] [Gameplay]Never getting Exotic drop for BTSU gloves

I have all exotic gear except BTSU gloves, I have played Camp White Oak mission on challenging and Heroic difficulty more than 50 times solo and group but never got a chance to get BTSU gloves. Can anyone tell me is it my bad luck or there is some mechanism to drop exotic gear from boss.
