Thank you for reporting that to us, that's certainly a frustrating issue.

Do you use any Overlays that might be conflicting with the game? For instance the Discord or MSI Afterburner Overlay?

Apologies, just to confirm, it's if you have Fire on the LMB and if you moved it to the RMB it didn't happen?

Could you please try verifying the game files?

Also create a backup of your configuration file and then deleting it? You can find it in: Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2\

Once deleted, the game will create a new one when it launches. This will reset all your settings, you can restore the backup if you wish.
