[2020] Game freeze and nothing else...why ?

Hello.
Yesterday around 10:30PM CET I had started a secondary mission, level 30, was indoor and suddenly during a fight the game completely freezed, no sound. All freeze. I could goto main PS4 menu and do everything, go back to game and still all would be freezed. NO blue screen, nothing, just the still image of me shooting was there...nothing I could do.
So after a few minutes I went to main PS4 menu and closed app. Relaunched and played for almost two hours without anymore an issue.
Why did this happen ?

Hey,

I can't say for certain why this occurred. However, when it does, are you able to note down the location if you remember and if anything out of the blue occured?

Also, what PS4 are you using?

So just to ensure we're understanding right; when reloading into the game it had jumped you forward in the mission?

Have you had any similar crashes since?
