I am fairly new too the game so behind in hunters, however I have been doing them solo. I have 11 masks in my appeal however only 3 are on my wall. Does anybody know why this is? I really dont want to do these again.

As the masks are showing in your apparel menu, i'd presume this is just a visual issue.
Could you confirm if this issue is resolved by verifying your files?
