No other way to spin it. Just watched epic slayers vid about it. PTS has early access to the new narrative content. Thats fine for pc players with the year 1 pass although its a slap in the face for console players with the pass.
But all pc players have access to it free of charge and the theres really no reason it was included in the pts.
I do t think it wouldve been a big deal that is until we think about all the changes to the year 1 pass promises.
Extra stash space..extra means in addition to, not early access

And now giving away narrative co tent for free on the pts.
