The file when I launch, when I launch The Division, the error is corrupted this program has been manipulated and it may be infected with a virus hacking tom clansys. I tried reinstalling the game. it didn't help. checking the files didn't help either. adding to the firewall didn't help either. I don't have an antivirus. tell me what it could be

Could you please run through the following steps that may help you launch the game, as they were known to help other players who sometimes see this error message >>

• Please try doing a fresh install of Ubisoft Connect, and uninstall any old versions of the game launcher such as Uplay. The new Connect launcher can be downloaded from this link >  https://ubi.li/4vxt9

• Make sure you run the game with full Admin permissions > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/article/000060505

• Check your Windows Defender firewall or any anti-virus software you may use, and check the game launchers, the game, and its supporting software are not quarantined/blacklisted, preventing the game from launching

• Make sure to check you also have all the supporting software installed for the game too. This can usually be found in your games installation folder, under the 'Support' folder and sometimes include different versions of DirectX, Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Visual C++, and any anti-cheat software the game uses to run

• Try uninstalling your game, and then reinstalling it on another drive if you have one available
