There's a limited pool from all sources. I no longer get any from CPs or projects and am showing 30 missing.

How do i get the last blueprints, though? I have done all sidemissions, i have all the perks unlocked, i did all the goal projects, i dont get anymore from control points and now i dont get anymore from daily/weekly projects. As far as i know, those are the only activities i get blueprints from.

Both of my characters are receiving no blueprints from projects or vendor, or any other source. Of course the vendor could simply be hidden because I already have it.
