[2022] Boosted character Gunner, Technician, Firewall, Specialization not unlocking even after year 1 pass purchase.

Hello,

I made a character and boosted it for free using NY expansion pack and enabled the Completely unlocked Sharpshooter specialization. After reaching lvl40, I wanted to change the specialization and play technician instead of sharpshooter. When I went to enable technician, it asked me to complete stage 1 -> 2 -> etc to unlock technician. I went to the store and saw a 2000 premium credits pack that is 1 year bundle to unlock all 3 specializations. But after purchasing, I see that nothing has changed with the specializations. As I have boosted my character to lvl30. Every mission on starting map except NY expansion was automatically completed.
Please have a look at the screenshots for reference. 
First 3 specializations are not unlocked. while the next 3, Demolitionist, Survivalist, and Sharpshooter are completely unlocked.
In stage 2 technician, I tried killing blade character the way it was asked by replaying the mission. but the game did not register the kill as completion. I am stuck on my progression.  

Please unlock the specializations for me.
