Doing this season 10 thing and no Kelso in whitehouse. I've seen similar posts for previous seasons and logging out or restarting doesnt work. She's gone. Why does this crap happen? The game systems are confusing enough without ridiculous bugs like this.
Hello @Skylers_Meth thanks for getting in touch. This issue with Kelso disappearing was previously reported to us for a different bounty and our QA testers found that in some videos provided by players, the bounty was no longer active in the clips which would cause Kelso to disappear.
If you are unable to find Kelso to start the Trig bounty, can you let us know what missions you currently have active if any?
Have tried fast travelling and returning to the area, or restarting the game, does Kelso then appear for you?
How often has this issue affected your game?
