[2019] All Specializations reset to 0

Now, I've not played for a while, maybe 2 months but wanted to check out the Gunner. So I start up, get the Gunner Specialization and I see ALL my Specilizations are at 0. Is this on purpose or a bug? If it's on purpose then it's extremely frustrating. What's going on?

The trees were reset but I don't think actual progress was reduced to none... is that the issue you're experiencing or is it a matter of auto-reset trees?
