[2020] Unable to claim the 'City Runner Sneakers' from club rewards.

Hi everyone, I was able to retrieve the City Runner T-Shirt and Pants back when the game launched through using the ubi coins, however then and still to today I am unable to claim the Sneakers. I have 54 coins at the moment and they only cost 20. I have been unable to retrieve them since the game launched but It didn't bother me until recently.

Is there a way to rectify this? Or does anyone else have the same issue?
