I need to contact support about my account details but :
SUBMIT MY CASE button doesn't do anything apart sending me to the top of page
START CHAT button does the same adding info "Please note. If you are connecting to Live Chat between 19:00 19:30 UTC, your case may be addressed by email, rather than Live Support agents"

How can I open a ticket ??

Hey Stepper18V, when on the Support Portal, please ensure that you're filling in all the dropdowns before selecting "Start Live Chat" or "Submit My Case".
