[2019] Is crafting table max score 490 or 600?

I just found the last piece for the chatterbox and before crafting it.... my craft table says 450-490...is it maxed?
I read in the patch note that the table is maxed to 600 !?
I see no further option to power up my crafting table...am I missing something?
Also, should i craft the chatterbox now or should I wait for further table power up ?
