I have been farming the DZ's (all three) for two months now trying to get the dark winter, apartment and harmony but upon completing numerous landmarks, supply drops, black boxes and countless named enemies no luck. Was these weapons removed from the loot pool or am I just having no luck?

We haven't had any information to suggest any of these have been removed from the loot pool or any issues in the drop rates, so this appears to be a case of RNG not being on side.
Keep at it, I'm sure you'll get them in time!
