I play on Playstation 5 and for the last 50-70 SHD levels, I've only received one apparel cache key. This is on top of spending real money to buy the last 8 levels on the Season 10 pass ( because of the season's early closure) so I wouldn't have to wait for the season to cycle back around for the rewards. I sent in a support ticket informing them, but they just told me to "watch the forums". So, taking money from players for Ubisoft's own mistake is not a big issue to them, but returning it for a problem that was on their side seems to be a problem.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the apparel cache keys in The Division 2.

We received similar reports from players and we're currently investigating on this issue.

Have you tried to reboot your game ? Some players said that they got their keys by doing so.
