I have all the mats, the exotic is in my inventory, not marked as favourite, not part of a loadout, doesnt have mods in it. Im season lvl 100, I bought the blueprints. I was even able to recalibrate them last week but at some point it stopped working and just says 'Blueprint Item Requirement not met'. It says this for aaaaalllll of my exotics now so cant recal any of them anymore...

If you've got all the materials and completing the steps correctly, still to no use, please try some troubleshooting listed here.
