[2020] My PC Starts to Lag whenever i play Division 2.

To start off whever i play Division 2 my PC always lag, my GPU Usage is always above 80% no matter what settings i put. My CPU Usage is always under 50% and my i always have at least 12GB of RAM left. The only way to not lag my PC whenever i play Division 2 is to set Graphics settings to LOW and turn on the Reduce Input Latency, Which brings my FPS all the way from 110FPS(VSync) to about 60 to 75. The stuff that lags are my Discord and Minecraft Server. Note: This Only Happens when i play Division 2 only, Other Games are perfectly fine.

Game is installed on my ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB NVMe M.2

My Resolution is 3440 x 1440P HDR Enabled.
