If you are missing any Ubisoft Rewards or other content in The Division 2 at the moment, this is due to the transition from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect and should only temporarily until the end of October when the change to Ubisoft Connect should be complete. All of your in-game items for every game are stored on your account and we have a record of when and how you attained it.
