Long after completing the game and its DLC fully I return to Offchurch in southern Ledecestrescire to check for notes, etc, reading up on lore.
I find the corpse of the key carrier in the crypt who is still marked as a key carrier even though the key is looted a very long time ago during the main memories in the region. The corpse is never cleared either, it just stays there, showing a key icon in Odin's Sight. The corpse shouldn't even stay there, but as long as it does it at least shouldn't show a key marker in Odin's Sight when there's no key on the body anymore.
